What can I expect during my first appointment?

Bring a pair of shorts and a t-shirt to the appointment so that areas of injury may be easily accessed. A comprehensive assessment will be completed to determine the root cause of ailments (including subjective history, symptom checklist, joint ranges of motion, gait, functional movements, muscle testing, nerve testing, and balance/coordination assessments). All findings will be explained. An individualized rehabilitation plan will be created including manual treatments, modalities, and exercise prescription as needed.
